We really get to know your business and what you are looking for in your next hire, in terms of not only the required skill set but their personality and potential team fit too. We're always looking at the bigger picture and will never send over volume CV's just for the sake of it! All our candidates go through a thorough screening process, which includes an in-depth interview with us to really get a feel for them as a whole person. We will sell your company to potential candidates in terms of your culture, environment, rewards packages and benefits, not just the job role. We believe this is an essential part of recruitment and we only want to work with "employers of choice", where our candidates will be happy and want to stay. Any candidate we put forward will be fully aware of what you do and how they could add value if they were to be successful in being hired.

We can work to flat fees which can be agreed up front, rather than charging a percentage of the annual salary offered to the successful candidate. We believe this is a much fairer way of doing business, as you will always know how much your Recruitment fee is going to be and it's also fairer to candidates, as you can potentially offer them a higher salary if you feel they are worthy of it, without having to worry about the fee increasing!


For Temps, if you are not happy with a new candidate we send in, then you can let us know within the first 4 hours and you don't pay/we will replace them free of charge.


Perm candidates will be replaced free of charge or be subject to a sliding scale refund policy within the first 12 weeks of them starting work with you.
