I'm always looking at the bigger picture and will never send over volume CV's just for the sake of it! All my candidates go through a thorough screening process, which includes an in-depth interview with me to really get a feel for them as a whole person. I will sell your company to potential candidates in terms of your culture, environment, rewards packages and benefits, not just the job role. I believe this is an essential part of recruitment and I only want to work with "employers of choice", where my candidates will be happy and want to stay. Any candidate I put forward will be fully aware of what you do and how they could add value if they were to be successful in being hired.
For Temps, if you are not happy with a new candidate I send in, then you can let me know within the first 4 hours and you don't pay/I will replace them free of charge.
Perm candidates will be replaced free of charge or be subject to a sliding scale refund policy within the first 12 weeks of them starting work with you.
