I really get to know your business and what you are looking for in your next hire, in terms of not only the required skill set but their personality and potential team fit too. I'm always looking at the bigger picture and will never send over volume CV's just for the sake of it! All my candidates go through a thorough screening process, which includes an in-depth interview with me to really get a feel for them as a whole person. I will sell your company to potential candidates in terms of your culture, environment, rewards packages and benefits, not just the job role. I believe this is an essential part of recruitment and I only want to work with "employers of choice", where my candidates will be happy and want to stay. Any candidate I put forward will be fully aware of what you do and how they could add value if they were to be successful in being hired.
My Standard rates for Permanent roles is 15% of the annual salary offered, which is only chargeable once a candidate starts working for you. It costs you nothing until then!
If the candidate doesn't work out for any reason within the first 12 weeks I will replace them free of charge, so you have that peace of mind. If I am unable to do this within our agreed timeframe we will revert to the sliding scale rebate facility (please ask me for full info on TOB's).
